We look forward to hearing from you! * Job Description Join our team as a Mercedes-Benz Sales Professional in Tulsa, Oklahoma! We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to represent our prestigious brand and deliver exceptional sales experiences to our clients. * Showcase and demonstrate Mercedes-Benz vehicles to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond * Achieve and exceed sales targets while adhering to company policies and procedures * Stay up to date with Mercedes-Benz product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings * Collaborate with team members to create effective sales strategies and contribute to a positive work environment * Assist customers in selecting appropriate vehicle options, financing, and insurance products * Maintain accurate and detailed customer records using CRM software * Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred * Valid driver's license * Previous experience in automotive sales preferred * Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong negotiation and closing abilities * Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively * Knowledge of automotive industry trends and market conditions * Familiarity with Mercedes-Benz product line and brand values a plus * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends * Professional appearance and demeanor * Enthusiasm for the automotive industry and passion for the Mercedes-Benz brand Additional Information Benefits for our full-time employees include but are not limited to: Medical, Dental, Vision, LIfe and AD&D Coverage, Disability, EAP, 401(k), PTO, Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays, and Employee Discounts.
