Full description of the position
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team in Miramar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients in the nutraceutical industry, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets. Youll collaborate closely with internal departmentsincluding sales, marketing, product development, logistics, and manufacturingto ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and seamless product delivery. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients. * Identify opportunities to upsell and promote new nutraceutical products. * Conduct market and competitor research to spot trends and new business opportunities. * Prepare and present tailored proposals that align with client needs and highlight product value. * Lead contract negotiations, ensuring win-win terms for both the client and the company. * Keep clients informed about order status and key milestones throughout the manufacturing process. * Follow up regularly with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address concerns. * Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales goals and KPIs. * Work cross-functionally with marketing, product development, manufacturing, and logistics teams to meet client requirements and ensure on-time, quality delivery. * Provide product training to clients, covering benefits, usage, and compliance regulations. * Deliver detailed reports on account performance, opportunities, and recommended strategies to senior management. Requirements: * Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences, Marketing, or related field (preferred: coursework in nutrition, pharmacology, or nutraceuticals). * Experience: 35 years in account management or sales, ideally in the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or health industries. * Sales Expertise: Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills. * Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of nutraceutical products, benefits, and industry regulations. * Client Focus: Ability to identify and fulfill client needs with tailored solutions. * Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across departments. * Language: Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
