An established and innovative provider of senior living services is seeking a Regional Director of Sales to oversee and elevate sales performance across multiple assisted living and memory care communities in Florida. This role is ideal for a passionate, strategic leader with a proven background in senior living sales who is ready to make a meaningful impact on residents, families, and sales teams alike. About the Role The Regional Director will be responsible for leading community-based sales teams, identifying market expansion opportunities, and driving regional revenue growth. Key responsibilities include: * Leading, mentoring, and motivating regional sales teams to consistently meet and exceed occupancy and sales goals. * Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies tailored to local market trends and referral patterns. * Building and maintaining relationships with key partners, referral sources, and prospective resident families. * Analyzing data and KPIs to monitor performance and implement action plans as needed. * Negotiating agreements that support both profitability and client satisfaction. * Collaborating with marketing and operations to ensure a unified brand presence and service delivery. * Providing training and support to enhance the team's sales, account management, and customer engagement capabilities. Ideal Candidate Profile: * 3+ years of regional sales leadership experience in senior living, healthcare, or a related service industry. * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. * Strong understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.). * Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and lead diverse teams. * Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities to assess markets and adjust tactics effectively. * Customer-first mindset with a passion for service and relationship building. * Ability to travel regionally across the state on a frequent basis.
