Available Positions Level I - Entry-Level Opportunity As a Level I Account Manager , you will play a vital role in supporting clients' financial needs, helping them maintain stability and independence. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, you will: * Manage clients' financial accounts, including creating individualized monthly budgets. * Ensure account accuracy and compliance with Social Security Administration regulations. * Engage directly with clients to address payment issues and maintain service quality. This role is perfect for someone who is highly organized, empathetic, and eager to grow within the field of client advocacy. Level II - Advanced Role with Leadership Responsibilities As a Level II Account Manager/Client Advocate , you will take on an elevated role that blends client advocacy with leadership and strategic contributions. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will: * Oversee a portfolio of clients while mentoring Level I staff to ensure excellence in service delivery. * Lead complex client cases, resolve escalated issues, and advocate for clients with external agencies and stakeholders. * Identify and implement service improvements and assist with policy development. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in financial account management or social services who is ready to take their leadership skills to the next level. What We 're Looking For For Level I : * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Compassionate approach to client interactions and problem-solving. * Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic financial management. For Level II : * At least 2-3 years of experience in financial account management, client advocacy, or social services. * Leadership and mentoring experience with a collaborative approach. * Knowledge of Social Security programs, Regional Centers, public benefits, and community resources, such as housing programs. * Advanced problem-solving and communication skills.
