Superior Fence & Rail of Arkansas is seeking a talented Sales Consultant to join our team in Little Rock. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in presenting and selling the features and benefits of our premium fence products while achieving sales goals. * Responsibilities* : * Understanding and solving customer's needs through needs-based conversations. * Continually prospect for new customers through various channels including networking, referrals, and effective follow-up strategies. * Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet or exceed sales targets. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. * Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge. * Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow up. Requirements: * Proven track record of success in sales. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and negotiate with customers * Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to exceed sales targets and achieve results. * Excellent networking and prospecting abilities, with a knack for building rapport with potential customers. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Knowledge of the fencing industry and related products if preferred but not required.
