Job Summary The Outbound Call Representative plays a key role in connecting job seekers with employment opportunities through proactive phone outreach. This position involves making outbound calls to potential candidates, presenting available job openings, and scheduling interviews with the recruiting team. The ideal candidate is personable, goal-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, people- focused environment. Duties * Place outbound calls to prospective job seekers from internal databases, job boards, and lead lists. * Introduce the staffing agency's services and current job openings to potential candidates. * Accurately document candidate information and call outcomes * Schedule interviews and follow-up calls for recruiters as needed. * Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and activity goals. * Maintain a positive, professional, and engaging phone demeanor at all times. * Provide excellent customer service and promote the agency's reputation within the community. * Assist with other recruitment-related administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications * Bilingual is preferred. * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Prior experience in outbound calling, customer service, telemarketing, or staffing is preferred. * Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and time management abilities.
