Responsibilities include quality assurance, managing inquiries, and optimizing workload through software tools. Success in this role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive problem-solving approach, along with prior sales experience, software proficiency, and a quiet, focused work-from- home environment. Position Responsibilities Your key responsibilities will include: * Vendor Communication : Engage with vendors regarding timeline adherence, quality standards, and pricing negotiations. * Subcontractor Sourcing : Identify and source local subcontractors to complete assigned projects within the territory. * Management Support : Address management inquiries concerning billing, timelines, and report problem areas. * Quality Assurance : Conduct photo reviews of completed jobs and maintain interaction with field representatives. * Customer Satisfaction : Enhance satisfaction by adhering to timelines and quality standards. * Continuous Learning : Stay informed about department-specific tasks and utilize internal software systems and Microsoft Office for workload management. * Additional Duties : Perform other assigned tasks as required.
