Responsibilities : * Manage inquiries from leads and convert them into new clients * Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with buyer or listing agents * Follow up with customers via phone call, email, and text to ensure they attend their scheduled appointment * Contribute to the team's progress toward company objectives by producing daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals * Enter leads current information into the customer database so that the entire team has the most up-to-date information * Generate new buyer and seller opportunities for the team through outbound prospecting * Manage the customer experience by serving as a concierge for potential home buyers and sellers * 80% of this job entails having conversations with potential buyers/sellers and agents on the team * A passion for creating and delivering a system of success will help you achieve your career goals!
