As we expand our operations and fleet, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Charter Salesperson to join our dynamic team. * Must be able to travel to office in Fort Lauderdale Key Responsibilities: * Increase charter sales and fleet utilization * Establish and build long-lasting relationships with charter clients * Provide clients with accurate quotes * Coordinating flights * Working with management on charter projects * Tracking fleet movements * In constant contact with clients' needs What you 'll need to be successful: * High motivation for selling * Self-motivated * Solution-based attitude and ability to problem-solve * High level of attention to details and processes * Maintain a high degree of professionalism * Understand dynamic pricing related to one-way model * Ability to negotiate effectively while building relationships * Situational awareness * Understand flight operations * Experience with Flight Operations System (FOS), Avinode, Microsoft Excel/Outlook and DocuSign Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree (Preferred not required). * Extensive experience in aviation, particularly in aircraft charter and management (2 Years Required) * Proven track record in Chater Sales and client relationship management. * Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. * Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
