CP&P is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team. Based out of our Dunn, NC office, this role supports the sales team by processing orders, preparing quotes, and coordinating across departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently and accurately. What You 'll Do: * Process and track customer orders in the ERP system * Prepare quotes, submittals, and sales documentation * Coordinate with production, logistics, and dispatch teams * Communicate product availability, pricing, and delivery timelines * Maintain accurate records in CRM and ERP systems * Support customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally * Assist with scheduling and administrative tasks for the sales team What You Bring: * 2+ years in sales support, admin, or customer service (manufacturing/construction industry preferred) * Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP/CRM systems is a plus * Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills * A proactive, team-oriented mindset Why Join Us: * Competitive pay and bonus program * Full benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) with company match * Paid time off and holidays * Team-oriented, safety-first culture * Training and development opportunities * Build your career in a stable, growing industry What You Need: * A high school diploma or GED * U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States for any employer * A valid driver's license and reliable transportation Typical Schedule: * Monday to Friday, 40+ hours per week, depending on workload * Overtime and weekend work may be required during peak periods Physical Demands: * Standing, sitting, walking, climbing, reaching, bending/stooping * Lifting (up to 25 lbs.) * Pushing/pulling (up to 50 lbs.)
