Every week, you'll meet with your sales manager to: * Review your pipeline and set realistic, trackable goals * Refine your lead generation plan , including SOI outreach, digital funnels, and relocation leads * Break down conversion metrics and identify coaching opportunities * Build out your personal brand strategy with support from in-house marketing * Review any listing, buyer, or offer challenges with expert-level guidance * Ensure you're progressing in your business plan , with clarity on income goals and GCI benchmarks You won't be wondering what to do next--you'll have a plan, a coach, and the support to execute.
