Simulmedia / Skybeam Simulmedia is the leader in cross-channel TV advertising. We empower brands to reach audiences across linear TV, connected TV (CTV), and video games with industry-leading data, science, and technology. Our platforms -- TV+ and PlayerWON -- deliver powerful advertising solutions with simplicity, transparency, and scale. We're now launching Skybeam , a self-serve CTV Ad Manager built to make TV advertising as accessible and easy as running search or social campaigns -- tailored for small and midsize businesses (SMBs) and independent agencies. About the Role We're looking for an ambitious and curious Sales Analyst to join our Skybeam team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to start a career in sales or advertising. You'll focus on outbound prospecting and customer discovery to help drive adoption of our new self-serve product. You don't need prior sales experience -- just a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the confidence to reach out to new people. We'll teach you the rest. What You'll Do * Reach out to potential customers via email, phone, and LinkedIn to introduce them to Skybeam * Ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs and challenges * Share key feedback and insights with our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams * Keep accurate notes and updates in our CRM system (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce) * Help shape our sales approach by bringing new ideas and a willingness to test and learn * Represent Skybeam at virtual and in-person industry events as needed What We're Looking For * 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, business development, or related fields * Strong communication skills -- comfortable talking to new people over the phone and email * Naturally curious and interested in learning about digital marketing and connected TV * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to meet goals * Open to feedback and excited to grow in a startup environment Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, LinkedIn, and CRM platforms is a plus (but not required) We're required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances of each case, but a reasonable estimate of the current base range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000. Note that this range is specific to national metro areas and that offers take into account a wide variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skill, qualifications, accomplishments, experience, credentials, and business needs.
