Your Role: As a Solar Energy Consultant , you will: * Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and present the best solutions available. * Qualify potential customers and tailor proposals based on their needs. * Offer Tailored Solutions: Utilize our extensive installer network to present customized solar options that best meet each homeowner's needs * Manage and grow your sales pipeline through company-provided leads and self-generated referrals. * Develop leadership skills and mentor new reps as you grow within the company. * Be part of a fun, fast-paced, and competitive team environment! What We 're Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented mindset. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Reliable transportation for local travel (up to 50 miles). No prior solar or sales experience required--just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
