Job Overview: We are looking for a knowledgeable and friendly Sales Consultant/ Delivery Driver to assist customers with product selection, educate them about our products and possible effects, and provide a 5-star experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills, a clean driving record, and a commitment to customer service, compliance, and professionalism. Responsibilities: (Include but are not limited to) * Greet customers and provide knowledgeable recommendations based on their specific needs. * Educate customers on cannabis strains, products, dosage, and proper usage. * Process transactions accurately while ensuring compliance with state regulations. * Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and display cases. * Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and compliance guidelines. * Complete daily administrative tasks while prioritizing customers. * Ensure all customers receive 5-star service with a positive attitude. * Deliver orders accurately and in a timely manner using OnFleet software. * Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with state delivery regulations. * Verify the customer's order with them before completing the delivery. * Handle cash and digital payments securely. * Communicate with the management team regarding delivery and inventory issues. * Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols. * Keep the delivery vehicle clean and in good condition. Qualifications: * Must have reliable transportation! * Must be at least 25 years old and able to pass any required background checks. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. * Valid insurance and registration. * Prior retail or customer service experience is required. * No cannabis industry experience is required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once. * Basic knowledge of cannabis products and state regulations (or willingness to learn).
