Apply now and take the next step in your career with us. * Location: Remote within the greater Sacramento area of California, with regular travel throughout the Sacramento region * Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm * Compensation: The expected total annual compensation for this role is $75,000 - $99,000 OTE (on-target earnings) * Travel: Position requires 90% of travel within the Sacramento territory, with 10% travel (1-2 times per year) to other parts of California. Requirements: * At least five (5) years of business development and/or sales experience * Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration (preferred) * Previous legal industry experience or knowledge (preferred, not required) * Excellent presentation and written communication skills, including proof-reading, syntax and grammar * History of meeting or exceeding company sales goals through teams and as an individual * Strong self-management aptitude with the ability to perform independent work and team collaboration * Appropriately utilize resources within the department and cross-functionally * Advanced computer skills, including CRM tools, data analytics and Google Apps management, including the use of spreadsheets for sales data analysis * Lean business principles, flowchart processes and value stream mapping and understanding a plus * Valid California driver's license, good driving history and current auto insurance * Ability to perform the essential functions of the position with or without accommodation * Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check FUNCTIONAL REQUIREMENTS Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without accommodation, to include * Lifting, bending, standing, climbing or walking while carrying out assigned duties * Sitting for at least one hour at a time (total: 4-6 hours/day) * Keyboarding for extended periods of time (total: 2-4 hours/day) * Using a phone with or without a headset for extended periods (total: 3-5 hours/day) * Sitting and/or driving for extended periods of time, up to 4-6 hours in a day and up to 250-300 miles per day * Traveling to and from law offices <15 minutes at a time, multiples of times throughout the day * Attend after hour events and weekends (2-3 times a month)Gemini Legal
