Call Center Representative Integrity Auto Sales is looking to provide career opportunities to talented individuals who want to join a team of customer centric professionals. Job Duties Include: * Answer prospect and customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments * Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, phone and live chat systems. * Provide customers with initial product information, direct them to the appropriate dealership resources with a focus on scheduling appointments. * Present initial solutions to customer's needs and provide a great experience. * Follow up with customers that are not ready to make an appointment or that did not show to a scheduled one. * Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management. * Utilize CRM tracking system by keeping accurate records, using the information to extract opportunities by managing customer relationship thus creating loyalty. Qualifications & Job Requirements: * Excellent customer service, organizational and negotiation/closing skills. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented and enthusiastic presence in a team environment. * Strong written and communication skills. * Consistent and stable work history. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Professional appearance and work ethic. * Able to write and speak English (Bilingual a plus) * At least one previous role based in strong customer service experience * Team player attitude * Prompt and courteous * Enthusiastic personality * Must have strong computer skills Requirements: - California Sales License required - Valid Driver License and a clean driving record required - Bilingual is a plus! Competitive Pay: -Starting pay is $16.50 and may go up, depending on experience. -Monthly Performance Bonuses! Typically, representatives make between $22.50 & 28.50. It depends on your work ethic and your communication skills. Make $16.50/hr guaranteed and up to $28+/hr. It's up to you!
