Wireless Sales Opportunities Triple B Wireless DBA "Boost Mobile" is a growing and exciting company in the wireless industry here in Little Rock/North Little Rock. Through our Preferred Retailer partnership with Dish we are able to offer our customers the expert knowledge and reliable service that is expected of a top-tier wireless provider.We are currently looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated professionals to fill positions as full-time and part-time Retail Sales Associates. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Our most successful Retail Sales Associates are knowledgeable, tech-savvy, and persuasive professionals who are service-oriented, motivated by friendly competition and get satisfaction from a job well done. Experience and Skills: -Shine in customer service -Stay current on rapidly evolving wireless technology -Reap the rewards of meeting & exceeding monthly sales goals -Handle multi-tasking with ease -Provide customer follow-up and ensure customer retention -Phone & Computer literacy. QUALIFICATIONS: -1 year of retail sales experience preferred -Previous retail or customer service-oriented experience -Excellent problem solving skills -Ability for flexible scheduling -Professionalism -Adaptability -Reliable transportation BENEFITS: -An uncapped earning potential and the ability to grow with the company, we offer: -$11.00/hr base pay -Earn Commission on Accessories , Plans, add-ons and New Activation's. -Up to $20.00/hr or greater with commission -Employee Discounts Job Type: Full-time Pay: $11.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week License/Certification: * Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
