We are looking to add a high-energy BDC Representative to our growing Service Department. Previous Service BDC Experience Preferred, but not required. Pay Range is based on previous experience. Hourly pay rate plus bonuses for compensation potential. Our company have been in business since 1907 and is continuously growing in terms of number of dealerships within the umbrella. Responsibilities: * Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from customers regarding their vehicle service needs * Schedule service appointments, confirm appointments, and follow up with customers * Communicate with customers to obtain necessary information for service appointments * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues * Utilize customer service skills to retain and enhance customer relationships * Develop and maintain knowledge of our products, services, and promotions to accurately answer customer inquiries * Maintain accurate and detailed customer records and service histories * Collaborate with service department staff to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction * Meet or exceed customer service goals and standards Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required * Previous customer service experience in the automotive industry preferred * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving abilities * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications * Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment * Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings * Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test EEOC statement: Delray Buick GMC provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
