We're looking for a motivated Inside Sales Coordinator to manage sales inquiries, prepare quotes, support the sales team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You'll Do: * Open and manage Invitations to Bid (ITBs) in QuickBase and track customer opportunities. * Coordinate with Estimating and Sales teams to verify pricing and prepare customer-specific proposals. * Research new bid opportunities through platforms like Bid Clerk. * Process customer orders accurately and track them through delivery. * Support the Outside Sales team with large account bids and key projects. * Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up. * Maintain accurate sales data in QuickBase and CRM tools. * Assist with marketing campaigns, trade show support, and process improvements. What You Bring: * High School diploma or equivalent (some college preferred). * 3+ years experience in inside sales, estimating support, or customer service, ideally in manufacturing, construction, or building materials. * Strong skills in CRM systems (QuickBase preferred), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and order management software. * Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. * A proactive, customer-first mindset with a commitment to accuracy and deadlines.
