Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing new business relationships and expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires a proactive approach to find and generate new business for our nonprofit clients. Responsibilities * Identify and target potential clients through lead generation strategies, networking, and referrals. * Conduct outside sales activities to promote our products and services within designated territories. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Deliver engaging product demonstrations that highlight the features and benefits of our offerings. * Utilize Yellowtree CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and report on progress. * Collaborate with the management team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts. * Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate new business. * Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform business development strategies. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or business development is preferred. * Proficiency in using Yellowtree or similar CRM software for tracking sales performance. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences. * Ability to conduct compelling product demos that resonate with potential clients. * Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * A valid driver's license is not required for travel within the assigned territory; however, reliable transportation is preferred.
