From sales representatives, graphic designers, sign manufacturers to installers, we've built a team of the best sign experts in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. Job Description and Expectations: * Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails and inquiries * Develop and maintain customer relationships * Qualify provided leads * Prospect to generate new business * Develop a strong knowledge of Signarama products and recommend appropriate signage solutions * Effectively utilize Signarama programs, quoting software, CRM, to communicate and keep accurate records * Accurately log calls, emails, and appointments in our designated software * Maintain an up to date and accurate pipeline including notes and follow-up tasks * Meet or Exceed Sales Targets and Quotas * Represent the company with character and integrity with a commitment to customer service and professionalism * Support company needs as an active team player * Full-Time on-site role Qualifications: * Previous Inside Sales experience a plus * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Ability to build rapport and close sales over the phone and via email * Presentation and Relationship building skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment * Highly organized with attention to detail * Familiar with sales quota's * Proficiency of Microsoft 365 applications, CRM software Compensation: * $17.00 - $20.00 Per Hour Benefits After 90 Days of Full-Time Employment: * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vision Insurance * 401 (k) with Matching * Paid Time off License/Certification: * Driver's License (Required) Work Location: * In Person Summary We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Troy, MI.
