Responsibilities: * Actively engage with potential customers to identify their needs and offer suitable products/services * Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings * Close deals and achieve sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities * Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve collective goals * Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly * Continuously enhance product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and objections * Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions Requirements: * Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or B2B environment * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with customers * Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets * Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals * Self-motivated and driven to achieve individual and team goals * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment * Proficient computer skills and familiarity with sales software and CRM systems * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus Salary and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $3,000 to $12,000 per month, including sales incentive bonuses, based on individual performance and sales achievements.
