Motorcycle Sales Associate Lakeland Harley is seeking a motivated Motorcycle Sales Associate to join our team. As a Motorcycle Sales Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect motorcycle that suits their needs and desires. This Position REQUIRES a current Motorcycle Endorsement on Driver's License Responsibilities: * Assist customers in selecting and purchasing motorcycles * Provide detailed information about different models and features * Organize test rides for interested customers * Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements * Maintain showroom appearance and cleanliness Requirements: * Must be able to operate a motorcycle and possess a motorcycle endorsement on driver's license * Prior sales experience preferred * Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of different models * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Must be willing and able to work on weekends Must be 18 years of age or older.
