Looking for an opportunity to work for a growing local company in the awesome world of aviation? C&L Aerospace, a C&L Aviation Group company, has an open position for an Inside Sales Administrator. In this role, you will assist in managing customer relations with a vast amount of global clients; sending quotes, processing customer orders and logistics; and contributing to the achievement of quarterly sales goals . We're looking for someone who is task- oriented with great customer service skills. Customer service experience preferred. Experience in aviation is helpful but not necessary as we provide on the job training. This position is available at our Bangor, Maine, headquarters. Job Responsibilities * Provide support to new and existing C&L customers * Receive and respond to customer inquiries * Input quotes into C&L operating system * Send quotes and other relevant material to customers * Input customer purchase orders into operating system * Coordinate payment terms with C&L accounting department * Work with shipping department to ensure customers receive their orders * Assist customers in product returns * Assist customers in ensuring orders are effectively managed and shipped * Contribute to the achievement of quarterly sales goals * Perform other administrative tasks as assigned Job Requirements * Exceptional customer service skills * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office * Ability to type 50 wpm * Excellent written and verbal skills * Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Job Status - Full Time Location - Bangor, ME This is a Full-Time Position and includes the following benefits: * Medical * Dental * Life Insurance * Long-Term and Short-Term Disability * 401k matching Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 per hour Benefits: * 401(k) matching * Health insurance * Health savings account * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
