Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products or services. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business. * Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting products and upselling when appropriate. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Maintain an organized sales area, including inventory management and product displays. * Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for improving sales performance. * Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings to provide informed recommendations. Experience * Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. * A positive attitude and a willingness to learn about products and sales techniques. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a collaborative environment. * Familiarity with point-of-sale systems or retail software is a plus but not required.
