Job Type: Full-Time Job Location: Onsite - Waukee Office Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Access Systems, a dynamic and fast-growing company, is actively hiring Billing Administrative Assistant. You will be responsible for billing contracts to our business customers--compensation up to $22/hour. What You'll Be Doing as a Billing Administrative Assistant: * Field contract billing-related questions from customers, sales reps, and leasing companies. * Process payments, record transactions, and maintain up-to-date payment records. * Investigate and resolve billing inquiries, disputes, and discrepancies. * Resolve stale billing data by contacting the customer and internal resources. What We're Looking For in a Billing Administrative Assistant: * 1-2 years of administrative experience, accounting/billing experience a plus. * Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written communication. * Superior organizational skills and ability to work efficiently and independently. * Extensive software skills required, including Microsoft Office.
