WHAT WE PROVIDE: * Office location on HARBOR ISLAND with water views and steps from the Amalie Arena downtown. * Professional sales training * UNCAPPED commissions * High earning potential * Provided leads! * This is NOT a door to door position WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: * No sales experience needed - we'll train the right person! * Solar experience preferred but not required * Great communication skills & persuasive * Coachable and go-getter mentality * Sports-minded and competitive * Ability to handle rejection * Money Motivated * Bilingual (a plus) DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: * Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from pre-qualified leads to explain solar services and schedule appointments * Set and confirm appointments for sales consultations, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team * Properly utilize the company CRM * Consistently meet and exceed appointment-setting targets * Handle objections professionally and comply with company communication guidelines SCHEDULE: * 5 day work week * 9am - 6pm * Weekend availability (as needed) COMPENSATION PACKAGE: * W2 + commission position * High earning potential * Uncapped commissions * Monthly and Quarterly bonuses * Sales competitions for incentives, trips, swag, etc!
