Understanding each potential student's pain points, goals, and motivations to align their needs with our program's value. Masterfully handling objections with confidence, integrity, and emotional intelligence to guide prospects to a clear decision. Consistently meeting and exceeding monthly enrollment goals. Maintaining detailed CRM notes and follow-ups to ensure strong pipeline management. Who You Must Be: A Closer - You have a proven track record of high-ticket sales ($3K-$10K+ per sale) and consistently closing over the phone or Zoom. A Mindset Master - You understand sales psychology and know how to guide prospects to an empowered decision Passionate About Wellness - You believe in holistic healing, personal transformation, and helping people step into their highest potential.
