Not open for remote work at this time. The Account Manager is an advocate for our clients and strives to provide timely solutions to all requests. The Account Manager maintains our existing clients while growing our customer base, keeping accurate correspondence records, developing customer service procedures, informing internal team members on relevant information, and recommending different solutions and services to clients.
