We pride ourselves on quality workmanship, excellent customer service, and long-term client relationships. As we grow, we're seeking driven and motivated sales professionals to join our team. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Representative to generate leads, close sales, and build strong relationships in the residential and commercial markets. This is a commission-based role ideal for someone who is self-motivated, outgoing, and looking to earn based on performance. Key Responsibilities: * Prospect and generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals, call Angi's List leads, and cold outreach * Conduct site visits and evaluate customer needs for asphalt paving, sealcoating, crack filling, striping, and repair services * Provide accurate job estimates and detailed proposals using company tools and templates * Educate potential clients on our services, materials, and maintenance plans * Close sales and follow through to ensure customer satisfaction * Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals * Track and report sales activity using CRM tools or provided reporting methods Qualifications: * Must be an American Citizen * Have a Valid drivers license and a working vehicle (company vehicle will be provided after probationary period) * Previous sales experience (any field) - we are willing to train candidate * Hours are Weekdays and Saturdays for estimates * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills * Strong self-management and organizational abilities * Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings Job Type: Full-time Pay: $10,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Shift: * 8 hour shift Work Location: On the road
