We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated store supervisor who will lead our team to success! Our manager should go above and beyond to represent Bopie's and who we are. Here are a few qualities we are looking for: * Personable * Great Communication Skills * Ability to Think Outside-The-Box * Common Sense & Sound Judgement * Leadership Our Store Supervisor should be able to accomplish their daily responsibilities and ensure that we as a team reach our goals. Here are a few essential duties: * Ensure the store is running efficiently and that each team member is performing in their specific roles. * Keep up with special orders and repair jobs, establish good communication between us and the customer. * Assisting other team members and customers with questions and conflict resolution. * Train new employees, set expectations and provide feedback on performance. * Be a role model for our team by offering exceptional customer service & displaying a sense of maturity. * Take over sales when necessary in order to close. * Bring new ideas and creative solutions to problems. * Strive to meet store goals by pushing and uplifting our team to do their best!
