We're expanding our team and are looking for motivated, results-driven Inside Sales Representatives to help take our B2B sales efforts to new heights. What You'll Be Doing: * Pursue and convert leads into loyal customers, growing your book of business * Master the art of negotiation, securing win-win deals * Engage with current clients to understand and meet their evolving needs * Leverage our CRM tools to boost customer retention and satisfaction * Take ownership of your sales goals and drive results with your expertise Perks & Benefits: * Compensation: Start at $17.50/hour (draw) for the first 60 days and then transition to $12.50/hour plus 50% commission--the more you sell, the more you earn! * Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (with breaks to keep you energized!) * Growth Opportunities: Potential to climb the ladder to become a Sales Supervisor and build your own team! * Health Benefits: Eligible for group health, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance after just 60 days of employment. * Work Environment: A vibrant, collaborative, and supportive office culture where your ideas and contributions are valued. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Proven experience in sales (B2B sales a plus) * Outstanding communication and negotiation skills * A team player mentality with a focus on achieving company goals * Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized under pressure * Tech-savvy, with familiarity in CRM software and Microsoft Operating Systems (Outlook email, etc.) Work Schedule: * This is a full-time, in-office role--no remote or hybrid options at this time. * Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break and two paid 15-minute breaks to keep you refreshed.
