Job Summary We're looking for a strategic, people-driven National Retail Sales Leader to oversee our retail operations across the U.S. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving sales growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction while developing a strong, aligned retail leadership team. What You'll Do * Set Strategy: Define and execute the national vision for retail growth and expansion. * Lead Teams: Hire, train, and mentor store leadership to build a high-performing retail team. * Drive Sales: Set and monitor sales targets, manage store budgets, and ensure profitability. * Ensure Excellence: Oversee merchandising, store audits, and brand consistency across all locations. * Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, customer service, sales, and IT. * Enhance Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service strategies and uphold brand integrity. * Leverage Data: Analyze sales, inventory, and category performance to drive decision-making. * Visit Locations: Travel regularly (~50-60 days per year) to stores and industry events.
