Job Title: Licensed Showing Assistant Join Our Team : We're Hiring 3 Talented Individuals! Job Overview : Are you a people person with a knack for building relationships? We're looking for a Licensed Showing Assistant who thrives in social environments and possesses an optimistic outlook. Your primary role will be to support the lead agent in driving team success while simultaneously honing your skills and aspiring to become a leader within our dynamic team. In this role, you will receive criteria from the lead agent after they conduct a needs analysis. Your mission will be to find homes that meet those specified criteria and escort buyer clients to view them. As clients explore potential homes, you will work closely with them, helping to refine their preferences and showcasing additional properties as needed. When clients are ready to make an offer, you'll seamlessly transition them back to the lead agent. A successful Showing Assistant can expect to show homes to three to four buyers each month, with opportunities for bonuses based on 25% of each deal closed. To thrive in this position, candidates must hold a valid real estate license to comply with MLS regulations. Ideal candidates are forward-thinking, adept at maintaining positive professional relationships, and demonstrate a strong desire to excel in this role--and beyond. Key Responsibilities : What You'll Do Maintain or exceed the following standards expected of a top performer: * Assist the lead agent by showcasing homes to prospective buyers. * Support the lead agent in identifying properties that align with clients' needs as determined by the lead agent. Essential Duties : * Drive buyer clients to property showings. * Collaborate with buyers to refine their preferences based on home viewings. * Identify homes that meet buyers' criteria effectively. Communication : * With the Lead Agent: Daily interaction. * With Buyers: Daily interaction. Management Responsibilities : * None; however, high achievers in this role may advance to leadership positions. Knowledge and Skills Required : * People-oriented with a positive, cheerful demeanor. * Comfortable spending significant time driving. * Proficient in analyzing clients' needs and matching them to suitable properties. * Eager to learn and grow within the real estate industry. * Ambitious with a proven track record of success. * High school diploma or equivalent. * Valid real estate license.
