Job Overview We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Marketing Representative with experience in interior & exterior plastic parts within the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and ensure successful contract negotiations. Responsibilities * Develop and implement business growth strategies to meet organizational goals. * Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure new contracts. * Conduct market research to inform strategic business decisions and identify new opportunities. * Work closely with other departments to align sales and marketing efforts with company KPIs. * Negotiate projects and contract terms with potential and existing clients. * Manage budgeting expenses and monitor commercial performance. * Identify and mitigate commercial risks to ensure business sustainability. * Provide clients with information about product availability, pricing, and applications. * Prepare sales contracts and ensure seamless order processing. * Collaborate with internal teams to enhance selling strategies and marketing initiatives. * Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Skills * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * Proven experience in sales and marketing, specifically in interior & exterior plastic parts for the automotive industry. * Strong negotiation skills and ability to secure high-value contracts. * Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills. * Ability to work cross-functionally and drive results in a competitive market. * Location: Based in Detroit, MI.
