ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Process and provide the following for Stephens Insurance clients: * Endorsement requests * New and Renewal Business - bind, issue certificates, and Auto ID Cards * Daily Certificate Requests * Audits * Monthly Reports * Policy Booklets &/or electronic versions of policies * Prepare and issue pre-renewal summaries. * Order Loss Runs & prepare premium & loss summaries. * Perform other tasks as assigned by members of the account team, including Account Manager, and management. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE * High school, plus specialized schooling in this specific skill area and three years of experience interacting with agents, insurance companies, and policyholders.
