Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales, coupled with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Duties * Engage with potential clients through telemarketing and inside sales strategies to generate leads and close sales. * Utilize Hubspot to manage customer relationships, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements. * Negotiate terms of sales agreements and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. * Collaborate with the business development team to identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base. * Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, ensuring they are well-informed about our offerings. * Follow up on leads and maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to foster long-term relationships. Experience * Proven experience in technology sales or telemarketing is highly desirable. * Strong inside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across various channels. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred. * A background in technical sales or business development will be considered an asset. * Exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction.
