Customer Service Sales Rep - No Cold Calling (Lakewood) COMPENSATION $55,000 to $80,000+ annual earning potential. The training period compensation package includes $20.00 per hour plus incentives for reaching sales benchmarks above the training goals. EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time: Eight-hour shift Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (hours are subject to change). QUALIFICATIONS: * High standards of customer service with a professional but approachable demeanor. * An active listener with excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong attention to detail. * The ability to multitask, be coachable, and learn new systems and processes quickly. * Basic computer skills, along with adequate typing speed and accuracy. A typing and spelling test will be included as part of the interview process. * Drivers license and the ability to commute to our office in Lakewood (required). * High school diploma or equivalent (required). JOB TYPE: * In-person in a professional office environment. Office attire is casual. * No cold calling - our customers are already requesting service. * Opportunity for overtime is the manager's sole discretion. * Impeccable attendance and punctuality are crucial. Responsibilities * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. * Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records. * Conduct warm calls to follow up on leads and nurture client relationships. * Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients. * Maintain a professional demeanor while working in a fast-paced environment.
