We're seeking a high-energy Sales Hunter to drive new business, identify new lead sources and help us scale to the next level. Responsibilities: * Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities. * Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through cold calling and email outreach. * Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions. * Close deals and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular pipeline reports. * Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns. * Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments Qualifications/Requirements: * 2+ years of proven success in a B2B sales hunter role. * Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. * Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. * Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). * Telecom experience is a plus but not necessary.
