Serving homeowners, contractors and retail customers, we offer delivery services to surrounding areas in New York and New Jersey. Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic candidate that will be highly driven, eager to achieve goals, and able to work well within a group. The candidate who is chosen will be thoroughly trained in product knowledge and will be developed for future success in our company. Job Responsibilities: * Assist customers as the first point of contact while listening attentively to their needs. * Identify customer solutions to provide product information, specifications, and pricing. * Prepare accurate sales orders and provide detailed quotations to customers. * Process and place customer's orders in our Eclipse point of sale system. * Handle customer orders and transaction processes from start to finish. * Proactively track orders in the computer system for customer and processing efficiency. * Uphold inventory accuracy though systematic control both physically and within our ERP system. * Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment through routine facilities maintenance duties. * Consistently practice safety and report opportunities for improvement. * Assisting team members with special projects as needed.
