The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies while ensuring outstanding customer service. Duties * Lead and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. * Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company objectives. * Foster strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service. * Utilize Salesforce to track sales performance, manage leads, and report on key metrics. * Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team's product knowledge and selling skills. * Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences. * Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
