We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team at our Madison who will also support our pop up location in Soho! Job Summary The Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in enhancing the customer experience by delivering exceptional service and fostering a welcoming store environment. This position involves guiding customers through their shopping journey, providing comprehensive product knowledge, managing transactions with accuracy, and supporting the store's sales objectives. The Sales Associate is expected to uphold the brand's reputation for luxury and exclusivity through professional and knowledgeable interactions with clients. Duties and Responsibilities * Customer Engagement: Warmly greet and engage with customers as they enter the store. Establish a positive rapport and assess their needs to provide tailored product recommendations. * Product Knowledge: Offer in-depth information about the brand's footwear, including the unique materials and craftsmanship involved. Educate customers on product features, benefits, and care instructions. * Sales Assistance: Assist customers in locating and selecting products that meet their preferences and requirements. Provide size guidance and suggest complementary items to enhance their shopping experience. * Transaction Management: Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods. Ensure all transactions adhere to company policies and procedures. * Store Maintenance: Keep the store environment clean, organized, and visually appealing. Ensure that merchandise is neatly displayed and that shelves are well-stocked. * Policy Adherence: Follow company policies and procedures for store operations, including opening and closing duties. Ensure compliance with all operational and security protocols. * Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly. Strive to exceed customer expectations and enhance overall satisfaction. * Sales Targets: Actively work towards achieving and exceeding individual and store sales targets. Monitor and report on sales performance and contribute to strategic initiatives to boost store performance. * Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve collective store goals. Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive and productive work environment. * Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing training and development to stay current with product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques. Apply learning to enhance personal performance and customer service. Qualifications and Skills * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality service. * Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport with customers. * Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor. * Strong basic math skills and the ability to accurately handle cash and credit transactions. * Familiarity with luxury fashion products and industry trends is a plus. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to varying customer needs and store demands. * Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. * Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and perform tasks that require physical activity.
