Responsibilities * Develop and maintain knowledge of trailer industry especially parts sales * Greet customers at sales counter and help customers select correct parts to repair their trailer or truckbed * Create accurate invoices and recieve payment from customers * Keep track of inventory using computer software and performing physical inventory audits * Enter new inventory into computer software * Fulfill parts orders from service department Requirements * Strong work ethic and a desire to be the best * Timeliness * Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner * Ability to learn quickly and handle difficult situations * General knowledge of Windows based computers * Previous experience with inventory and accounting software a plus.
