Our passionate sales team members are experts in all types of flooring and are ready to help customers find the perfect fit for their home or office._ To learn more about Coyle Carpet One check out: coylecarpetonemadison.com What We Offer: * $1,200 sign on bonus! * Hourly range: $20 to $22 + commission * First year earning potential of $50K to $65K+ * Full Time: 40 hrs./5-day work week (Monday - Saturday) * * Must work a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month * One evening shift per week is required * 4-day work week every other week * 30 to 60 days paid training * Medical & Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Retirement Plan * Annual profit sharing (after 12 months of employment) * Paid Vacation * Employee discounts on products * Potential for growth within organization * Seasonal team activities * Weekly sales & product knowledge meetings Responsibilities: * Provide outstanding customer service to determine overall flooring & design needs * Build strong client relationships & follow up with all new/existing customers * Schedule appointments to have client design consultations within the showroom * Keep up to date on the selection of products & services provided * Review space/area measurements, calculate number of materials needed, create/present project proposals for client approval, collecting payment from customer & perform quality control throughout project * Communicate with vendors to determine product specifications & availability * Manage time between the showroom & prospecting for new business. * Maintain showroom by keeping samples, displays and common areas neat, current, and clean Desired Skills & Qualifications: * Minimum of 2-4 years ' proven work experience in Retail Sales, Furniture Sales, Interior Design, Hospitality or similar role. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite * Basic computer, social media & math skills * Proper phone etiquette & positive attitude * Desire to grow a business & can work independently * Ability to utilize various forms of communication to follow up with vendors & clients * Exceptional critical thinking & problem-solving abilities * Strong personal & professional judgment * Ability to respond quickly to customers' needs & wants * Strong organizational skills & the flexibility to jump from priority to priority * Advanced time management skills & detailed oriented * Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills * Ability to read floor plan drawings & create project estimates a plus (Willing to train) * Knowledge of flooring & design industry a plus (Willing to train) * Knowledge of RFMS a plus (Willing to train) How to Apply : * Use the response option in this job board * Attach an up-to-date resume outlining your experience for the position * A cover letter is always appreciated * No emails orphone calls to the showroom * Do not personally deliver resumes to the showroom *Qualified candidates will be contacted by email to schedule a phone interview* Coyle Carpet One Floor & Home is an Equal Opportunity Employer
