Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through closing, ensuring a smooth process. * Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. * Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control measures. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance customer experience. * Stay informed about market trends and product knowledge to better serve customers. * Utilize software tools for tracking sales activities and customer interactions. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Requirements * Experience in automotive sales or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory. * Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Familiarity with software applications related to sales tracking and customer management. * A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
