Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales and account management, with the ability to analyze market trends and communicate effectively with clients. This role is crucial in maintaining and expanding our client relationships while driving sales growth. Compensation You will receive a monthly salary of $1500. Remaining compensation will be comission based on 20% of each account acquired. Account Commissions will be paid monthly based on retention. Responsibilities * Cold Calling our Lead Lists (this will be 90% of the job) * Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. * Utilize crm to track account activity, manage sales pipelines, and report on performance metrics. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements. * Lead technical sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing our offerings effectively. * Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns promptly. * Prepare detailed proposals and contracts for clients, ensuring clarity in terms of service delivery. * Monitor account performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement as necessary. Requirements * Cold calling * Proven experience in account management or a similar role within technology sales. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential for tracking client interactions and managing accounts. * Strong analytical skills to assess market data and develop actionable insights for sales strategies. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders. * Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide teams towards achieving common goals. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on client satisfaction and retention. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
