Full description of the position

This is a full-time role as a Real Estate Associate at EXIT Capital Realty. As a Real Estate Associate, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks in the real estate industry. This is a hybrid role, based in Sacramento, CA, with flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications * Experience in helping clients with residential leases and Real Estate Transactions. * Experience in commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Development is a plus. * Knowledge of Real Estate industry. * Strong negotiation and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Bachelor's degree in real estate or related field preferred by not required. * California Department of Real Estate Sales Associate license is required. * Excellent customer service skills and experience. * Interact with customers via phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings. * Advise clients on the state of the local real estate market. * Answer questions about contracts, terms of sale, and other parts of the real estate process. * Utilize computer technology to manage a database of customers and prospects. * Proactively reach out to clients to initiate or follow-up on real estate transactions. * Manage marketing and advertising through websites, mail-outs, and open houses.
