Full description of the position

After extensive training, you will take over the following tasks * Search for new sales opportunities and extend our customer base by customer acquisition activities * Design and develop complex technical adhesive and processing solutions in multiple high tech industries * Collaborate with executives and the Engineering team in the US as well as in Germany * Provide start up project development and on going customer support * Internal and external project management and control * Set up local sales network * Visit and represent DELO at various trade shows Your skills * You are located in the Greater Sudbury Area * Degree in Engineering, i.e. Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Material Science, Physical Engineering, or similar technical areas (Bachelor's required, Master welcome) * At least 5 years of experience in a technical corporate environment * A minimum of 2 years of customer support - sales experience is desirable * Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems * Prior expertise in adhesives is not required as you will get intensive and exciting training in Germany * Willingness to travel What our employees particularly appreciate * Excellent onboarding process with training both in our Boston office and our Headquarters in Germany, providing specific knowledge about adhesives and joining technologies * Be part of an expanding international team supporting each other and working with well-known customers in a constantly growing technical field * Additional benefits (e.g. equipment for home office, health insurance including dental, performance oriented bonus) * Up to 25 days annual leave per year depending on your company affiliation Work Location: In person
