Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Wholesale Sales Assistant to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations within our team. The ideal candidate will assist in order processing, customer service, inventory coordination, and general administrative duties. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Key Responsibilities: * Assist wholesale customers with inquiries, orders, and product information. * Process sales orders, invoices, and returns in a timely manner. * Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, pricing, and order history. * Communicate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, finance) to ensure efficient order fulfillment. * Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishments. * Support sales representatives by preparing sales reports, presentations, and promotional materials. * Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, email correspondence, and scheduling. * Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients. * Stay up to date with product knowledge to effectively support sales efforts. Requirements: * Previous experience in wholesale sales, customer service, or administrative support preferred. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or CRM software. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. * Knowledge of inventory management and logistics is a plus.
