What You'll Be Doing: * Developing growth strategies by identifying new business opportunities and building market strategies. * Building and managing key relationships with current clients while developing new partnerships. * Leading sales efforts by presenting our high-quality LED solutions to decision-makers. * Managing the sales pipeline by tracking leads, organizing proposals, and staying ahead of the game using Monday.com CRM. * Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to streamline business expansion. * Delivering results by meeting or exceeding sales goals while keeping clients engaged. What You Bring to the Table * A track record of leadership with experience managing sales or business development. * A goal-driven mindset with the ability to set and achieve high targets. * Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals. * Experience with CRM tools and navigating a sales pipeline. * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Compensation & Perks * Base Salary: $30,000 per year plus commission. * Fully remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere.
